Ingredients: Cashew Powder, Milk Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic powder, Ginger powder, Black Pepper, Green Cardamon, Red chili Powder, Saffron, Crushed Rose Petals, Salt, Melon Seeds, and Musk Melon Seeds.
Things you’ll need:

2 tbsp Olive oil or Ghee (or clarified butter)
- Your choice of Vegetables or Protein (Carrot, Beans, Cauliflower, Peas, Potatoes, Mushrooms, etc Or 400 gms Paneer Or 500 gms boiled Chicken)
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 3 Large grated tomatoes or ½ Tomato Puree
- 3 Tbsp chopped Cilantro
- 2 tbsp chopped mint
- 3 Tbsp fried onions
Directions:

Boil 2 cups of vegetables of your choice or 500 gm of chicken
- Mix the contents from the packet with a mixture of ½ cup yogurt + ½ cup water.
- Heat Oil/Ghee in a heavy bottom pan on medium flame

Next, add grated tomatoes or tomato puree to the heated pan and saute for 5 minutes
- Now add the prepared spice mix and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame
- Add Vegetables/Protein of your choice along with 50 ml water and cook for 2 minutes more. [Tip: check and adjust the seasoning at this stage, if required add salt and red chilli powder as per taste]
- Add chopped Cilantro, Mint, and Fried onions.
- Top it up with cooked rice, stir gently and cover it with a lid
Cook for 10 minutes at low flame.
- Serve hot with your choice of Raita or plain yogurt
